The original of this work was created in Penestanan, Bali in November 2022. This is a mixed-media work using Derwent Inktense watercolour, fine-liner pen and some gouache. The work is drawn from a statue of Saraswati, in the garden of Santra Putra Art Gallery, Penestanan. Saraswati is the Hindu goddess of knowledge, music, art, speech, wisdom, and learning.
